Head - Finance & Accounts (3-5 Yrs) | Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head - Finance & Accounts to join our Hyderabad team. This role will be instrumental in managing the financial operations of our Metals & Mining division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. background that brings a unique analytical perspective to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Leverage analytical skills derived from a B.Tech/B.E. background to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
