Head - HR - Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - HR to lead our Human Resources functions for our operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives in the fast-paced pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational acumen and a passion for driving employee engagement and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's goals in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and learning & development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Manage HR budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR best practices.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
