Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager - Technology / IT with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in technology project management within the pharmaceutical industry. You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Support project execution by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Contribute to the development of project documentation, including status reports and presentations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations (e.g., GxP, data privacy).
Gain understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and commercial processes to better support technology solutions.
