Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, managing various financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth financial operations of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process the monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines, ensuring all statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) are correctly calculated and remitted.
- Manage and reconcile various financial transactions, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to payroll and transactions.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and tax regulations affecting payroll in India.
- Support the finance team in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data in the payroll system.
