Head - QA Job Opportunity - Education / Training

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head - QA to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance leadership, possessing a strong technical background, preferably with an M.Tech degree. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards for our cutting-edge educational technology products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Oversee the entire QA lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-release validation.
- Implement and refine automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs effectively, working with developers to resolve issues.
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing.
- Stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
