Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Crime / Arbitration - Other professional with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role will be instrumental in navigating and managing legal and compliance aspects related to our educational services, particularly focusing on intellectual property, content integrity, and dispute resolution within the ed-tech domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the education sector and be adept at problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and analyze potential legal infringements, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property violations related to educational content and platforms.
* Develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Liaise with legal counsel, law enforcement agencies, and external stakeholders to address and resolve legal challenges.
* Conduct research on evolving legal landscapes, particularly in areas of online education, data privacy, and consumer protection.
* Prepare reports, case summaries, and legal documentation for internal review and external submissions.
* Advise internal teams on legal risks and best practices to mitigate potential disputes and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
* Manage and maintain records of arbitration proceedings, investigations, and dispute resolutions.
* Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
