Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within our corporate facilities in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and productive working environment for our employees. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the HVAC department, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC equipment.
- Oversee the work of external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensure all HVAC operations comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on HVAC system performance, maintenance activities, and operational costs.
- Respond to emergency calls for HVAC system failures and provide prompt solutions.
