Head - QA Job Opportunity - Metals & Mining

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head - QA to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree, looking to make a significant impact in the Metals & Mining sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and improving our quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of product and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and plans for all projects.

Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality regulations.

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address non-conformities.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging QA technologies.
