Head - Quality for Doctorate/PhD Graduates

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and visionary Head - Quality to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and 3-5 years of relevant experience, bringing a research-oriented and analytical approach to elevate our operational standards and client event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and frameworks tailored for the events and live entertainment sector.
- Oversee the entire quality assurance process, from event conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and client specifications.
- Conduct rigorous research and analysis to identify potential quality risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and monitor performance against these metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, creative, client relations) to integrate quality principles into all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Manage vendor and supplier quality, ensuring they meet our stringent standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements impacting quality in the events industry.
