Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our R&D team as Head - R & D. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong foundational understanding and a desire to learn and contribute to innovative research within the metals and mining sector. You will assist senior researchers in developing and testing new processes and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting experiments and collecting data under the guidance of senior scientists.

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment.

Support the research team in documentation and reporting of experimental results.

Learn and apply basic principles of metallurgy and material science.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for research projects.

Perform basic material testing and analysis as instructed.
