We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hematologist with 2-3 years of experience, holding an LLB degree, to join our team in Chennai. The role will involve providing legal expertise and support within the packaging and containers industry, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to packaging and container manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
Provide legal advice on matters concerning intellectual property, product liability, and regulatory compliance specific to the packaging industry.
Assist in managing legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations in India.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal and ethical business practices.
Support the legal team in various corporate legal functions.
