Host / Hostess for BCA Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Host / Hostess with 3-4 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your technical background from BCA will be valuable in understanding and utilizing our booking systems and providing data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, managing the flow of visitors.

Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about services and amenities.

Manage reservations and walk-in bookings efficiently using our internal systems.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Utilize BCA knowledge to assist with basic data entry and reporting related to guest services.

Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
