Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support employee relations activities, addressing queries, and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development.
- Handle HR administration tasks, such as generating HR letters and managing employee data in HRIS.
- Leverage your LLM knowledge to ensure legal compliance and best practices in HR policies and employee contracts.
