Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to HR, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 3-5 years of experience in managing HR operations, with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
• Interpret and apply labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies, particularly those impacting HR operations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations with fairness and legal accuracy.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Support the HR team in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all HR practices align with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions for operational efficiency.
