Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with visa application processes, including form filling, document collection, and submission.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding immigration policies, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain organized records of client applications, documents, and communication.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations in key travel destinations.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing their concerns professionally.
- Support the travel team in resolving any immigration-related issues that may arise during the booking or travel process.
