Implementation Manager - B.Pharma Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience looking to apply their pharmaceutical knowledge in the BFSI sector, focusing on the successful rollout and integration of new banking products and services. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end implementation of banking solutions for clients.

Liaise between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for implementation activities.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues, escalating when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the implementation process.

Leverage understanding of pharmaceutical processes to identify potential synergies or risks in BFSI product implementations.

Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
