Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Incident Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the swift and efficient resolution of IT and operational incidents, minimizing disruption to power generation and distribution services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor IT systems and operational infrastructure for potential incidents.
Receive, log, and categorize incidents accurately, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of incidents, aiming for first-level resolution.
Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams (L2/L3) with clear documentation.
Track the progress of incidents and ensure timely resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Communicate incident status and resolution updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of incident management processes and documentation.
Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Maintain a knowledge base of common incidents and their resolutions.
