Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Industrial Relations Specialist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to apply advanced research and analytical skills to complex industrial relations challenges within the accounting and auditing sector. You will contribute to developing and implementing strategies that foster positive employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on labor laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the accounting and auditing industry in India.
- Assist in the development and implementation of industrial relations policies and procedures.
- Analyze employee grievances and disputes, recommending appropriate resolutions.
- Support the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.
- Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on industrial relations matters for senior management.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace harmony.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and challenges in industrial relations.
