This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to the planning, design, and management of our organizational infrastructure. You will assist in ensuring our technological and operational systems are efficient, secure, and scalable to support our mission of empowering athletes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and design of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and assist in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide support.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve our infrastructure capabilities.
- Participate in budget planning and cost management for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Support the management of vendor relationships and service level agreements.
