Internship Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as an Internship Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher. While this role is focused on kitchen operations, we recognize the unique analytical and problem-solving skills that advanced academic training provides. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including dishwashing areas, equipment, and utensils.

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.

Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.

Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing kitchen supplies.

Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables according to established procedures.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns within the kitchen.
