Internship Private Attorney / Lawyer (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent intern Private Attorney / Lawyer to join our legal team at our Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in legal affairs within the Defence & Aerospace industry, who possess strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. While formal graduation is not a prerequisite, a solid understanding of legal principles and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, contracts, and agreements relevant to the Defence and Aerospace sector.
- Conduct legal research on specific issues pertaining to corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, and compliance within the defence industry.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks.
- Help in preparing legal opinions and reports under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, particularly those affecting the defence and aerospace sectors.
- Maintain organized legal files and databases.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
