Investment Banking Associate - Software Product

We are seeking a driven and analytical Investment Banking Associate with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role will focus on supporting our software product division by providing financial advisory services, conducting market research, and assisting in deal execution. You will play a key role in evaluating strategic opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising activities within the fast-paced software product landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence for potential transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Support deal execution processes, including M&A transactions, debt and equity financing, and strategic partnerships.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends within the software product sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage your MCA background to understand the technical aspects of software products and their market implications.
