Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Asset Management professional with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets within our organization, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and optimal utilization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles and the ability to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.

Implement and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.

Track asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with software licenses and hardware standards.

Collaborate with IT procurement and finance departments to optimize asset acquisition and cost management.

Identify opportunities for asset consolidation, renewal, and retirement.

Generate reports on asset utilization, compliance, and financial performance.

Support IT projects by providing accurate asset information.
