Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals with 3-4 years of experience and a 12th Pass qualification to join our IT Consulting team. This role will involve supporting various IT initiatives within our Metals & Mining operations, focusing on operational efficiency and technological integration. You will work closely with IT and business teams to understand requirements and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and support of IT systems and applications relevant to the mining and metals industry.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support to end-users.
Document IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
Participate in data collection and basic analysis for IT projects.
Support IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrades under supervision.
Collaborate with senior IT consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Help in testing new IT solutions and features.
