IT Infrastructure Services - Other for BBA/BBM Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our IT Infrastructure Services team in Jaipur. This role focuses on supporting and managing various aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to strategic IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and a foundational understanding of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.

Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure optimal uptime.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.

Contribute to IT asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal processes.

Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT projects and initiatives.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and security best practices.
