We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate looking to build a career in talent acquisition within the fast-paced HR services sector. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements for IT roles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer negotiations and background checks.
