IT Support - Other (1-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support professional with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the company. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to assist employees with their IT-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Document and track IT support tickets and resolutions.
- Conduct basic training for new employees on IT systems and tools.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
