Junior Data Analyst - Telecom / ISP

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions within the telecom sector. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and a solid understanding of statistical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of telecom subscriber data, network performance data, and market research data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support senior analysts in conducting in-depth analysis for customer churn prediction, network optimization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.
