Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Healthcare & Life Sciences Associate with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will support various operational and administrative functions within our healthcare-focused initiatives, bridging the gap between our power sector operations and healthcare-related projects. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of projects by assisting in planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of healthcare-related projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Support the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct market research and data analysis related to the healthcare and life sciences sector.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project reviews.
- Assist in the procurement process for necessary equipment and services for healthcare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to operational efficiency improvements within the healthcare division.
