Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior IT Infrastructure Services professional to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree and 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure within the dynamic metals and mining industry. You will play a crucial role in supporting our IT operations and ensuring the availability of essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network components.

Provide first-level technical support to end-users for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.

Support the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications.

Monitor IT systems for performance and security, and report any anomalies.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
