Junior Plant / Factory Head - Power

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Plant / Factory Head with 2-4 years of experience to support the operational management of our power generation facility in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to gain hands-on experience in the power industry and contribute to efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in overseeing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in coordinating routine maintenance activities.
- Support in managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Contribute to cost control initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies within the plant premises.
- Prepare operational reports and data analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
