We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Tour Guide / Coordinator to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent B.Des graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for guiding visitors through our facility, coordinating logistics for tours, and ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of the manufacturing facility for various visitor groups (clients, students, stakeholders).
- Prepare and present information about our company, products, and manufacturing processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinate tour schedules, manage bookings, and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Assist in the development of tour materials and presentations, incorporating design principles learned during B.Des.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Ensure visitor safety and adherence to facility protocols.
- Support the marketing and communications team with tour-related activities.
- Gather feedback from visitors to help improve the tour experience.
