Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Wireless Network Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless and secure operation of our wireless network infrastructure, supporting our innovative accounting and auditing services. As a Junior Wireless Network Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain robust wireless solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of wireless network solutions (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect sensitive company data.
Conduct site surveys and perform RF analysis to optimize wireless coverage and performance.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network requirements and provide technical support.
Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
