Laundry Manager / Supervisor - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Laundry Manager / Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to oversee and manage all laundry operations for our corporate facility in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, high-quality laundry services, maintaining hygiene standards and managing resources effectively. A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required to bring a systematic and process-oriented approach to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily laundry activities, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of uniforms and linens.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols within the laundry department.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies (detergents, softeners, etc.) and ensure timely procurement.
- Train and manage laundry staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment, reporting any malfunctions for repair.
- Optimize laundry processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments for pick-up and delivery of laundry items.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry volume, expenses, and staff hours.
