Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - C & B with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, particularly in C&B, and the ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee compensation programs, including salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
- Develop and implement competitive and equitable benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive within the aviation industry.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and management to communicate C&B programs and policies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new C&B initiatives and projects.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers and compensation surveys.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B metrics for management review.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
