Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining the legal department's internal systems, databases, and document management processes.
• Support the tracking and management of legal contracts, including review, filing, and renewal processes.
• Help in the onboarding and offboarding of external legal counsel and service providers, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new legal technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct research and gather data to support legal decision-making and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless legal support.
• Assist in managing legal department budgets and expenditures.
