Legal & Regulatory - Other - Contract Role

We are seeking a motivated Legal & Regulatory professional with a B.Pharma background to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations within the Indian market. You will be instrumental in navigating the complex legal landscape, contributing to the development and implementation of regulatory strategies, and ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for product approvals.
• Monitor and interpret changes in Indian pharmaceutical and healthcare laws and regulations.
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
• Review marketing materials and product labeling for regulatory compliance.
• Manage regulatory filings and maintain up-to-date records.
• Support the development and implementation of regulatory policies and procedures.
