Leisure / Casino Manager - B.Des Professionals (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative entry-level Leisure / Casino Manager with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about creating unique leisure experiences and have a keen eye for detail in design and execution. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and managing various leisure and entertainment activities, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the conceptualization and design of new leisure activities, events, and entertainment programs, leveraging B.Des principles.
* Develop visual assets and promotional materials for leisure offerings, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.
* Coordinate with various departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Events) to ensure seamless execution of leisure activities.
* Manage day-to-day operations of designated leisure facilities, including adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
* Gather guest feedback and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in guest experience and program design.
* Support the marketing team in promoting leisure activities through creative visual campaigns.
* Maintain inventory and manage vendor relationships for necessary supplies and equipment for leisure operations.
* Stay updated with industry trends in leisure and entertainment, proposing innovative ideas for guest engagement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices (if applicable to specific casino operations).
* Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for leisure and entertainment departments.
