We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leisure / Casino Manager to oversee and optimize leisure and gaming operations within our expansive corporate campus in Delhi. This role is crucial for enhancing employee well-being and engagement through well-managed recreational facilities and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing complex operational environments, leveraging their M.Com background to drive efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the leisure and casino facilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee needs.
Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations.
Oversee financial aspects of the leisure and casino operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost control, utilizing M.Com principles.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health, safety, and security standards.
Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and manage promotional activities and events to drive engagement and utilization of facilities.
Foster a positive and engaging environment for employees and guests.
Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.
