Key Responsibilities:
- Actively supervise swimming areas, observing patrons for potential hazards and ensuring adherence to safety rules.
- Provide immediate assistance to any person in danger of drowning or in need of emergency care.
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid, CPR, and other life-saving techniques as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area and surrounding deck.
- Inspect pool equipment and facilities regularly, reporting any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
- Educate patrons on pool safety regulations and conduct.
- Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Keep accurate records of incidents, accidents, and pool activity.
