Role Summary: AIESL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader / Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily line maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supervising a team of technicians. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to kickstart their career in aviation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision and coordination of aircraft line maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Monitor the work of aircraft technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed, including parts used and time spent.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during line maintenance.
Communicate effectively with other departments, including operations and engineering.
Assist in inventory management and control of aircraft parts and equipment.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
