Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and components.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements for defence and aerospace materials.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production, quality control) to meet project timelines and requirements.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures within the warehouse and logistics functions.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and report on their status.
