Machine Operator / Machinist (2-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Machinist with 2-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate looking to apply analytical and operational skills within the fast-paced sports and leisure industry. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery to produce high-quality sports equipment components, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, or other relevant equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and selecting appropriate tooling.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output and quality.
- Inspect finished products to verify they meet specifications and quality standards, using measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs, including material usage, production output, and quality checks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to resolve any issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods as required.
