We are seeking a motivated and organized Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee operations in our Chennai facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our machine shop, supporting our telecom infrastructure needs. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain machine shop equipment, including scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating repairs.
- Oversee inventory of raw materials, tools, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
- Train and guide machine shop personnel on operating procedures and best practices.
- Monitor production output and troubleshoot any operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of components and support project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and inventory.
