Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans and forecasts.
- Support the development of budgets and track actual performance against budget.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Help in preparing financial reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
- Contribute to the development of financial models and tools.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
- Learn and apply financial planning and analysis best practices within the BFSI industry.
