Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis with 1-2 years of experience, ideally with a background in M.Des, to join our team in Guwahati. This role will support the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, contributing to strategic decision-making within our growing power sector startup. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical acumen and a design-thinking approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Support business unit leaders in understanding financial performance and identifying key drivers.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Contribute to the development of KPIs and tracking mechanisms.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform financial strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
