Role Summary:
AIESL is seeking a dynamic and creative Media Production & Entertainment professional with 2-4 years of experience and a strong foundation in LLM principles. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, producing, and managing high-quality media content that aligns with our brand narrative and internal communication objectives within the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of advanced media techniques and legal frameworks to create compelling and compliant content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative strategies for video production, animation, and other multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with AIESL's brand guidelines and communication goals.
* Conceptualize and script engaging content for internal and external communication, including training materials, promotional videos, and corporate documentaries.
* Manage all stages of the production process, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, scheduling, budgeting) to on-site/remote shooting, editing, and post-production.
* Utilize advanced editing software and techniques to create polished and impactful visual narratives.
* Ensure all media content adheres to intellectual property rights, copyright laws, and broadcasting regulations, leveraging LLM knowledge to mitigate legal risks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and HR, to gather requirements and ensure accuracy and relevance of media content.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in media production and entertainment, and recommend innovative approaches.
* Manage media asset libraries and ensure proper archiving and retrieval of all produced content.
* Assist in the development and implementation of media policies and best practices.
