Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Medical Record / Health Informatics professional with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing, analyzing, and optimizing health and medical data within our organization, particularly as it pertains to employee wellness programs, sports performance data, and operational health metrics. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, information systems, and business analytics, applied within the context of the sports and leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the collection, storage, and retrieval of medical and health-related data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, as applicable, and Indian data protection laws).
- Analyze health informatics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving employee health and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with HR and sports science teams to integrate health data with performance metrics.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key health indicators and operational efficiency.
- Utilize MBA/PGDM knowledge to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of medical records and health information systems.
