Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Merchant Acquisition - BD / Pre Sales professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for expanding our network of event organizers and partners within the vibrant Indian live entertainment and events industry. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants, contributing directly to our growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential new merchants (event organizers, venues, artists, etc.) within the live entertainment and events sector.

Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to engage prospective merchants and articulate the value proposition of our platform.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for merchant acquisition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the events and entertainment ecosystem.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential merchants.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly merchant acquisition targets.

Provide insights and feedback from the market to inform product development and sales strategies.
