MIS Manager - BBA/BBM Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM background to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Management Information Systems to support business operations and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system analysis within the accounting and auditing domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all MIS platforms.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data warehouses.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
